New rule changes for the 2006 Season

  Head coach MUST be present at the coin toss
  Team areas MUST be marked
  Taunting is an automatic disqualification and the team plays short
  A player who is down does not have to leave the field of play even after the official has
      stopped the clock so long as the coach has not entered the field and the player can continue.
